Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries at concierge of lobbies
- Conduct courtesy tenant visits and coordinate with tenant-related matters
- Provide administration support for Building Management Department
Requirements
F.5/DSE graduate or above
Experience in Customer Service is preferable
Outgoing, initiative and service-oriental with good presentation and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua speaking
Proficiency in computer skills
Wear uniform is required
 
大廈服務員 (早/中更) (Ref: REQ/BM/466/IN)
Responsibilities
- 處理客戶諮詢
- 處理大廈日常運作、巡查及安排維修等事項
Requirements
中五程度,懂電腦操作
略懂英語及普通話
具服務行業工作經驗者將優先考慮
必須持有「保安人員許可證」
工作態度誠懇,積極認真及有責任感
須穿著整齊制服
工作時間為(固定更):
早更: 上午7:30至下午4:30
中更: 下午3:00至下午11:00
