We are the property management company of Central Plaza, applications are invited for the
post of:
ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Chief Engineer in supervision of engineering staff for the operation and maintenance of all building facilities;
- E&M systems improvement works
- Co-ordinates and Supervises all contract-out maintenance works and repairing work
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 3 years or 7 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency will be given to experience in HVAC, BMS or Energy Saving
- Related O&M experience in property management
- Experience in O&M of chiller plants and MVAC is preferred
- Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
(高級)技術員 - 冷氣
Responsibilities:
- 負責操作及維修冷氣機與發電機等工作
- 每天工作九小時，長短週，須輪班及在颱風發生事故時擔任“隨時候召”工作
Requirements:
- 中學程度或完成學徒訓練
- 持有註冊A 級電器技工證書
- 具一年操作、維修或保養冷氣系統經驗
- 須穿著整齊制服
(高級)技術員 - 機電
Responsibilities:
- 負責大廈內機電設備的日常維修及保養工作
- 每天工作九小時，長短週，須輪班及在颱風發生事故時擔任“隨時候召”工作
Requirements:
- 中學程度或完成學徒訓練
- 持有註冊A 級電器技工證書
- 具一年或以上大型商廈機電維修及保養工作經驗
- 須穿著整齊制服
