Engineer (Ref: REQ/BM/573/IN)
Responsibilities
- Assists the Chief Engineer in supervision of engineering staff for the operation and maintenance of all building facilities;
- Co-ordinates and Supervises all contract-out maintenance works and repairing works
Requirements
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Degree holder – 3 years/ Higher Diploma holder 7 years related experience in property management or hotel industry
- Proficiency will be given to experience in HVAC & Building Management System
- Related O&M experience in property management
- Experience in O&M of chiller plants and MVAC is preferred
- Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
技術員(冷氣) (Ref: REQ/BS/829/IN)
Responsibilities
- 負責操作及維修冷氣機與發電機等工作
- 每天工作九小時及須輪班
Requirements
- 中學程度或完成學徒訓練
- 持有註冊A 級電器技工證書
- 具一年操作、維修或保養冷氣系統經驗
- 須穿著整齊制服
技術員(電器) (Ref: REQ/BS/830/IN)
Responsibilities
- 負責大廈內機電設備的日常維修及保養工作
- 每天工作九小時及須輪班
Requirements
- 中三程度或以上，有滿師紙
- 必須持有機電署註冊電業工程人員牌照(A)級
- 具五年或以上大型商廈機電維修及保養工作經驗
