ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Chief Engineer in supervision of engineering staff for the operation and maintenance of all building facilities;
• E&M systems improvement works
• Co-ordinates and Supervises all contract-out maintenance works and repairing work

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 3 years or 7 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency will be given to experience in HVAC, BMS or Energy Saving
• Related O&M experience in property management
• Experience in O&M of chiller plants and MVAC is preferred
• Well organized, good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

(高級)技術員 - 冷氣

Responsibilities:

• 負責操作及維修冷氣機與發電機等工作
• 每天工作九小時，長短週，須輪班及在颱風發生事故時擔任“隨時候召”工作

Requirements:

• 中學程度或完成學徒訓練
• 持有註冊A 級電器技工證書
• 具一年操作、維修或保養冷氣系統經驗
• 須穿著整齊制服

(高級)技術員 - 機電

Responsibilities:

• 負責大廈內機電設備的日常維修及保養工作
• 每天工作九小時，長短週，須輪班及在颱風發生事故時擔任“隨時候召”工作

Requirements:

• 中學程度或完成學徒訓練
• 持有註冊A 級電器技工證書
• 具一年或以上大型商廈機電維修及保養工作經驗
• 須穿著整齊制服
